Chip guard is mounted by means of a fixing console onto the right or left flank of the machine body. The guard is locked in place in front of the spindle for teh duration of machining and released with a small lifting motion allowing it to turn about 180 degrees sideways, thus giving the operator free access to the tool and workpiece when necessary.

Lighting (led) and microswitch available as optional accessories.
